NOTE: As of January 1, 2016 you must have a signed contract and retainer must be paid in order to book a session. 

Questionnaires

Be sure to fill out the questionnaire that best suits your photography needs. This will help us set up your session faster and more efficiently. 

Release Forms

A release form must be submitted prior to your session.

Contracts

A signed contract is required upon booking your session. This will outline our agreement.  Be sure to read all terms and conditions.
